Celebrating Uruguay´s soccer triumphs: are we all like sheep?
High schools were shut down, military planes were hovering over the Uruguayan House of Parliament, the crowd was cheering at random, and I got to thinking about Orwell´s sheep.
The New Yorker said we were an ordinary team, but we made the top four. Returning from LA, I was able to witness and celebrate Uruguay´s triumphs in the soccer world cup.
